Which replacement filter fits?
Fridge water filters and furnace filter sizes, checked against the manufacturer's own documents. When a "certified" claim can't be confirmed, we say so.
Find your model number on the sticker inside the fresh-food compartment, or read the part number printed on your old filter.
Use the "nominal" size printed on the frame (like 16x25x1). If you only have a tape measure, the actual filter usually measures a bit smaller — about ½" under on width and height for many brands. Order by nominal size; if your measurements land on an odd fraction, you may need a custom size.

A 20x20x1 filter measures about 19½ to 19¾ inches across and ¾ inch deep, depending on the brand. Plus the Honeywell and Lennox "20x20" media filters that are 4⅜ inches deep.

- Fit comes from the manufacturer. Owner's manuals, the appliance maker's parts site, or the filter maker's own spec sheet.
- "Certified" gets checked. We look the exact model up in NSF's public listings at info.nsf.org. If we couldn't, the page says "pending."
- No stale prices. Prices change daily, so we link to the seller instead of quoting a number.
